1,2,3,4,thug,thug 2 are all amazing

American Wasteland, Proving Grounds were good but that's when interest started to drop.

Downhill Jam was when they officially ran out of steam (even though I still enjoyed it)

I can't remember anything after that but the weird board peripheral and the abortion that was THPS5

Easily one of the best Western video game franchises, even if it ran out of steam around THAW.

Also I loved watching the behind the scenes videos, it felt like they put a lot of love into these games and actually had fun working on them.

The first one was called Tony Hawk's Skateboarding because they thought Europe would mistake it for a skating game. They sequels reverted to the US name when they realized this was a retarded name.

Yeah, but today it would get pummeled because of "hipster" culture hate. So it would be a hard sell. I think that's why most people say they like THUG 2 the most.

I just like THUG 2 more because you could actually play all the minigame challenges that you make for a map without going online. They let you do a test mode so that friends that visit the house can try your games instead of having two copies of the game and going online just to show your challenges off.
