Blizzard have absolutely no idea how to run a game company for long term profit

Everything they make is based on expansions and first time purchases but nothing in between, they pump out content for SMALL periods of time and charge you for it, few months later it's fucking boring and they don't do anything with the game.

The only reason why they're so popular is because there's nothing else, every other company is even more fucking stupid and makes the wrong things to begin with.

The difference is they have/had one of the art teams in the world.

Otherwise they've been copy pasting games since their inception, only blizzard north ever created something unique, and that was because the guy was making a roguelike and the main company forced him to make it real time, not turn based, so late in production he made the game run on 20 turns a second, thus the ARPG was born.

It exemplifies everything people hate in nu-WOW, a lack of progression, daily/weekly waiting and limited gameplay.

WOW used to be a game you could just log on, find a group, and do some dungeons, get some drops, and slowly improve your character, Diablofied systems like gear ilvl power creep that gets reset every patch with welfare gear, daily/weekly limits and other bullshit is why WOW is hated by the community now, and why everyone's scrambling to find good private servers.

And mythic+ isn't even fucking good, you can solo them.

That's what I like about mythic+. I got a job now and can't raid mythic anymore but I still can log on, do my mythic 15 for some gear and log off. I'm not bound to a tight raid schedule but still can get good gear for when I do have time.

Lets take the crit percentage and make it decimal number instead, so instead of 24% if crit chance you have 0.24, every spell you cast (or dot tick), is equal to this number, all these summarize, and when it get past the 1.00 you get a guaranteed crit on your next spell or attack.

Thats the problem with nu-WOW, within 2 hours of hitting level cap you've pretty much seen all the content the game has to offer, at that point its simply a repetitive gear treadmill, but what the fuck is the point of gear if you don't get to see new content.

In the past, we had tier progression, you cleared tier 1, then moved on to tier 2, tier 3, ect, now you're pretty much welfare geared to the current tier, and told to grind it endlessly.
