i gave up waiting and emulated the psx version yesterday. Finished Leon's story. It was bretty gud, but I prefer RE4

They already straight fucked it by farming out the localization to some anti-union hacks anyway; if they can't even be bothered to keep iconic VAs around, what good could this vaporware mess possibly be?

Is this game really that bad? I saw Mr. X on the screenshots of it on the store page as well as saw G-Birkins in the very first level and that's really tempting me to buy it.

REmake wasn't that good and I prefer the original by far

It's hot trash from both a gameplay and presentation perspective, doubly so if you're talking about the PC version; the mouse functionality is based around some sort of poorly configured joystick emulator, so the controls are complete ass.
