I appreciate it may appeal to millennials because you can feel like you're achieving something even though you've had your hand held every step of the way, but don't you people appreciate a challenge?

I wouldn't mind if the game was even good but it's really not:

I'll be playing this when my PS4 gets here next week or before depending on when the ebay guy decides to ship it. Couple questions, I've only played DS3 (blasphemy I know), how similar or different is this to that? Also, did I make a stupid decision to buy a PS4 just for this?

It's similar in the concept of mechanics, but faster paced and more aggressive combat wise. Especially if you played DaS3 with sword and shield or other slower type.

For what it's worth, the story and setting are about 100 times more interesting in my opinion. It's probably the best game in the last 5 years or so if you include the DLC, I think it was a good buy.

More interested in how Fromsoft would go about it exactly since ranged weapons would need to be a pretty huge part. In Bloodborne they already were, with a full on ranged weapon only build being viable, seeing some sick plasma cannons being utilised with like a huge cost would be interesting
