Body turns carbs into fats, it's carb you need to ban. Eating fat doesn't make you fat. It's bad for your heart, thus if you're fat and have already higher cardiovascular risks, you should avoid fat. But if you're still fine on that front, certainly do eat fat, it'll help you feel full while you're on a diet.

The real offender is carbs: refined sugar in all forms, all sorts of grains and derived products (bread, tortilla, cookies, pasta...), potatoes, rice, beans, most fruits, certain veggies... stop that and you'll lose weight like a madman. Avoid milk and derived products, and it's even better.

Do eat steak, fish, seafood, greens and nuts, it's good for you.

Fable the Lost Chapters is a good game if you like fairy tales and some british humor. It's charming too. Even after the game had a massive hype train for it, it was hard to hate the end result.

Fable 2 is also worth a playthrough. Some of the side quests like Chesty are classics, and the game still has some combat depth.

Fable 3 has the worst combat depth in the series, but playing a mage can be fun and the fantasy world is unlike any other typical medieval fantasy since its actual industrial revolution that deals with under class anger. It also has some pretty funny sidequests like the Gnomes. But it is still undoubtedly the worst and most disappointing of the lot.
