It's not really that it isn't memorable but the fact that it was split between three characters means that you usually forgot what the other character did when you go back to playing as him again.

I like to think that by the end, Lamar instills the sense of loyalty to Franklin which would prompt him to decide not to kill either Trevor or Micheal. Leading to a pretty great ending where we finally end the real assholes of this game.

I don't know because I don't know the lore of Super Smash Brothers, but I do know the lore of Uncharted an if they even mention this in the cut scenes it is Canon.

Despite that, Uncharted has no Power Ups, the gameplay, besides from the deaths you have through your playthrough, is always canon because the only way to play the games is to shoot dozens of people. But the problem here is Nathan Drake was never meant to be John fucking Rambo. He was meant to be an average everyman, that was literally his shtick. He's not supposed to mow down entire armies with ease. He's a plucky scrapper that narrowly escapes with his life time and time again because of a combination of street smarts and pure luck. If he goes one on one with a trained fighter whether it's a woman or a skinny guy, it completely goes against the fabric of his character to be able to take them on. Yeah, because they suffer through the story. Besides that, it's more believable that a 50 kg woman can climb things and can shoot hundreds of professional mercenaries than a 50 kg woman who can beat up a 90 kg guy in an 1 vs 1 fight.

A woman as a shooter can be as good as a man.

People have rougher lives and aren't nearly as bad as her, look at Kate. She was drugged and probably raped on film and and grated she did try to kill herself, got better because she had people to support her.
