Just like how Wagner and Mika had some files in UNIEL there are two other character mentions in the game folder. One is Kaguya, the last of Orie's friends who uses firearms and Londrekia, a previously scrapped character who was turned into Orie but he resurfaced in the game's story mode. He even has those character-blurbs before the match starts.

Yeah I guess, but a lot of characters have tons of followups compared to other games, even ignoring yuzuriha who has "cancel everything into everything" as her whole point you still have seth who can chain most of his special moves into like 4-5 different air actions (and cancel his dive into most of his ground stuff)

The point is that just because someone can put in work with a bad character it doesn't suddenly make that character good. Again with the Susano'o example console CF had been out a lot longer and the tiers were pretty much established and everyone placed him at or near the bottom. Just because that guy was wrecking with him online it's not like everyone revised their tiers and views on him.

Maybe Enkidu IS good and people just don't know it yet, but randoms online are never a good judge of overall skill.
