+Concussion Mine cooldown decreased to 4 seconds (from 8)
+Trap damage increased to 110 (from 80)
-Concussion Mine damage decreased to 90 (from 120)

Trap + Mine = 200 damage (same as before)
Grenade + Mine = 210 damage (30 less than before)
Trap is way more deadly, if a squishy has taken 90 damage and steps on it, its a kill, will result in teammates finishing off trapped enemies more consistently
Grenade + Mine is much more frequent and greatly increases his kill consistency
Junkrat is now on second only to Genji for the most mobile character in the game, Mine will have 1 second on cooldown by the time you land from a mine jump

I disagree.
Conc Mine is by far the most integral part of his kit, he uses it for both movement and damage. Since the damage is consistent throughout the explosion radius and you don't have to land a direct hit, it is his best, most reliable form of getting kills. The most efficient way to frag someone has always been to hit them with a grenade, then toss your mine and detonate it. You will be able to do this twice as often now, which is huge. Getting trapped was almost always inconsequential unless you had your mine on top of it to get a double tap kill. Now it does more than half of a squishy's max HP, getting trapped his a huge threat now, with or without his mine.
The changes will help him not only against Dive, but against all threats, and will increase his potential on Attack.

Nope. Just like earlier cod when you could throw c4, junkrat can do that more properly then he could before. He's meant to zone out people, he shouldn't have to suffer long periods of having to be interpruptef from his zoning.
Not to mention that before, a junkrat who jumps in after already using a mine tend to die very quickly since he's now out of escapes. He needs these buffs.
Like holy shit, now I can fight off fucking Pharmacery combos by being the team anti air airborne assailant.
