I don't know what's wrong with some people. It doesn't even look better, it just has more polygons. The cartoonish charm of the originals is gone. The new music and especially the sound effects are terrible. The gameplay has been fucked up compared to the original. The loading times are just awful, takes like 4-5 times longer for levels to load compared to PS1.

Just play the original fucking games, you can emulate them for free on a toaster.
