Normie trash of the month

DayZ was FOTM for 2 years.
ARMA 2 BR was FOTM for 6 months.
ARMA 3 BR was FOTM for 3 months.
H1Z1 BR was FOTM for almost 2(?) years.
PUBG is just the new FOTM.
>>

It's a pretty meaningless term if the games stays popular for many years.

And /v/ just hates anything that isn't weeaboo trash or CS1.6/TF2.

>its the same with whatever dayz tier shit is.

Day Z started out incredibly popular in the first month, and then sold less and less and lost players every month.

PUBG is adding players every month and increasing its rate of sales. 1.2 million sold in the last 3 weeks.
>>
/v/ is never right because the community lives inside a bubble, unable to understand how actual human beings think and act.

That's why, for example, /v/ is completely unable to understand why no one likes Nintendo consoles, PC gaming is niche or the PS4 reached 40 million sales.

Before anything, I don't play the survival games that come out every so couple of years, but doesnt this kind of conversation with every time a new game of the same variety is released?
The game is a meme, will continue to be so until the next game gets released and players enjoy that one more and then say "Oh this will be the best one yet!" as it slowly reaches its death. It's just an endless cycle that will continue on and on. This won't last forever, nor will the one that comes after.
