Honestly it's hard to find /v/ servers - or any servers for that matter - that I'm actually interested in joining and taking part in that aren't just full of autism and faggots. Since servers are invite-only and I don't see them advertised often, I just keep to the few I care about that my friends are in.

I think it goes by a list and detects certain .exes, but you can turn it off or add games to that list. For example, it'll detect emulators with no problem but games that run on source ports like Doom have to be added in manually because it doesn't recognize the software (the source port itself, for example) as a game.

Tl;dr- your porn games should be fine but turn off the "what I'm playing" setting just to be safe.
