Meh. Splatoon 2 is good. Buncha indies and ports for couch play with the halfcons. No Virtual Console hurts it for me. Also got Arms (huge buyers remorse) and Breath of the Wild (good if flawed but not an exclusive).

Hold off until it's regularly in stock and has games you know you'll enjoy imo.

I bought ARMS simply because I wanted to support the release of more new IPs like that, but I agree with you, it should have at most a 30 dollar price tag, not 60, but I guess Nintendo is just starting out with the Switch and they need more profit. Dunno.

Since there's no BotW thread up, does anyone have any tips on finding all the memories?

D. I was stupid and bought it after I already played BotW to death on the WiiU. ARMS is kinda fun but way overpriced. MK8 is decent but not worth buying again. Not interested in Splatoon. I was hoping the eShop would be a bit more robust than it is, and hoped the Virtual Console would be present. Strongly considering selling it but the new Mario looks pretty fantastic.

9/10, every game I've played on it has been great. Splatoon is an awesome game to pick up for a quick hour just to casually splat it up

>none of the multiplayer games suit me because my friends are busy playing on the PC
>single player games are all too casual
>everything has too much DLC
>online is terrible
>not getting anything good in the future, since I hate Xenoblade and Fire Emblem, and Mario hasn't interested me in forever

Pretty fun. I'm enjoying BOTW and MK8DX. Shovel Knight is good when I get around to playing it
