You wouldn't be able to do that without playing through the game several times, and it's too shit to warrant that unless you're autistic.

You can't feel powerful in any game unless you played it a lot and got really good. Your point?

The darkness
Ace Combat 4/5/Zero

Doom, both new and classic versions

You could say that for just about any game with a levelling system. OP was clearly referring to feeling relatively powerful during the main game without several playthroughs.
EYE is a fantastic idea with fucking awful execution and the abysmal failure of Deathwing only proves how incompetent Streumon Studio are as developers.
Literally any game with a white male lead

Casual shit like Bamham and Shadow of Mordor were made for that exact purpose

You can't just "feel powerful" without leveling or getting good at the game. It doesn't work without contrast. Take Doom as example. Play it on easy, slaughter enemies without a sweat. Does that make you feel powerful? No. It makes you feel bored. Play it on nightmare, you won't be able to unless you've played the game a lot before. When you are able to slaughter your enemies on nightmare, that feels powerful, because you know how hard it is.
Leveling games do the same thing but with levels. Struggle with low level enemy, return to that old area 50 levels later and kill it just by looking at it. That makes you feel powerful. Being able to kill it easily from the start wouldn't have that effect.

Mindlessly killing minions in games like batman and ass creed does not give you a feeling of power, casual or not.

Clearly you haven't played Prototype
What about those two Star Wars games where you can use the force to crash Tie fighters together or bring down a Star Destroyer or whatever? I remember people talking about how cool those games were and how your abilities allowed you to do insane things.

The force unleashed was a good game for mindless violence. Too bad about the sequel

I hated the controls and feel of the gameplay for some reason, never played the sequel
