It's ok for a time waster.

It's made using a certain type of batter with other stuff thrown in. Okonomi basically means "what you like," so you can put a bunch of different stuff into it. So it could have bacon, octopus, cheese, or whatever else. The places often let you have some ingredients and grill it yourself.
