Anon, I liked XV (and love the chocobros), but it is nowhere near a 10/10 game. If there was much more cutscenes, dialogue, and meat to the game then maybe, but it's missing so much that it's barely a 7/10.

I still don't get why people say Cross is close to Trigger, Trigger is a master piece because the gameplay is FUN and the story is decent, Cross story is good, but the gameplay is hot garbage.

Sometimes it just feels like some Sony fans want to push this just to have a "good Chrono" game under their belt when Trigger is mention, Cross opinion just feels so pushed, mainly cuz is just recently that critics and fans are voicing this, unlike Trigger that became a classic when the N64 era started.

Aeris death is the end of disc 1. it does pick up in disc 2, but i like disc1 as well. its alot better on ur second playthrough as you know whats going on a bit more and you realize theres alot more on disc1 that you can actually do that you didnt know you could do
