My 2nd babysitter accused me of stealing a pair of scissors at the age of 10. My sister was 7 at the time and witnessed this but was basically held in the babysitter's kids room.

I told her 10 times honestly that I did not take her scissors. She didn't believe me and then proceeded to beat the ever living fuck out of me. She started the assault in the living room with a yellow skinny plastic bat. I couldn't take the pain of her beating my ass repeatedly that I ended up in the corner with a lamp. I just remember it falling and it falling on her and it just made things worse. At this point my sister was in the doorframe of the kids room just watching and was told to get back in the room.

I was continually asked where the scissors where. I told her I didn't know. Somehow I ended up out of the corner after this happened and into the kitchen where she kept asking me and I ended up by their kitchen door. She kicked me with all of her might and I ended up going through the door and falling outside. I was a little shit but I wasn't lying. At this point I had no hope of getting out of it and basically accepted that I was going to get fucked up even worse no matter what so I yelled for my sister to come outside and then ran away. I was in the ghetto so I'm sure no one thought twice of a screaming kid.

Long story short I ended up back in the house and she threatened me some more if she found out I stole her scissors. My dad came and picked us up and when he came he just knew. Maybe it was my face or just the way I was standing because my ass was numb. I couldn't sit down.

My father was never around but he could tell something was wrong when I couldn't sit in the car. He pulls over and asks to check my back. I deny him and he then basically forces himself to check and sees my back/ass. I didn't think to check myself but when he looked, I did too and saw that it was black, purple, blue, yellow, red and pink.. It was horrible. My entire ass was like this.

So they take a case out with CPS since she was a babysitter. They make me show my entire ass for photographs as proof for the 'case' and ask me the story of what happened. I guess they put out an APB on her but she was never caught and nothing ever happened.
The worse part of it was the pictures and shrinks always wanting to talk to me about it. Everytime I talked about it, I just relived every part of it. It shook me as a kid so much that I can't enjoy things in life. I know that sounds cliche but It feels like I had the life beat out of me.
