I don't understand why people still buy vinyls today. they are huge, fragile, and you need an equally huge and clunky player to enjoy them. it just seems like more ridiculous audiophile shit.

As a huge nerd who's collecting vinyls, it appeals to the part of me that likes having physical collections. Spotify / youtube/ FLAC's are nice, but it doesn't really feel like a collection.
