I guess this is as good a thread to ask as any. How do I stop myself from panicking as matches progress. I can stay calm in the beginning when I just focus on whiff punishing with pokes, but I am unsure what to do as they get more aggressive in my face, panic, throw out random pokes and throws, and get punished myself.
