So, I never actually got around to playing it, but I've listened to Kirby's Epic Yarn soundtrack many times, and it is perfect. I love it.

I get why people dislike this game, but it's not that bad, I played the whole series in one go for the first time in order of release and I only hated the Afghan levels at the start.

Game had good atmosphere I loved playing as Snake dying as everything for him goes to shit.
