Yes, it's called GunboundM(aster), pretty much the same thing as Ijji's Gunbound but your items are randomized and it's 1:1 duels each player have 3 mobiles.
It also have some p2w elements just like every other free games; and you can see where the shots are going to land before they go (to shorten the battle lenghts I guess, no one wants to duel for 20mins), you only have to calculate the wind factor.

I've tried the normal recommendations without much luck, cytus had too many ads, and the rest are paid.
Try groove coaster 2. It's fun as fuck, free with a damn decent selection of songs easily unlockable without spending a penny, and I've never been bothered by ads once. The gameplay is fun and precise too for a mobile game, definitely some of the most fun I've had.
Just know that to actually unlock songs, you have to go into the mission menu and hit collect.

It's no gitaroo man or elite beat agents, but it's still pretty damn good.

It's made by the same devs, before Card Thief.
It's a solitaire style game. There's a deck of 50something card that contains gold (points), monsters, weapons, shields or potions. All cards have a value (1-10) and you explore by drawing cards. Swords and shields subtract their value from the monster number (so a 5 sword leaves a 6 monster with 1 HP).
It's pretty fun and I like it better than Card Thief
