It was my shit. I knew that level like the back of my hand, there was so many ways to get the drop on people. So many ways to get behind them without them seeing.

I made a catacombs invader with the greatbow in DS3 but hypermode is awful and the arrows are so fucking ridiculously slow it's impossible to kill anyone. Short of knocking them off a ledge at least.

No idea, I'd prefer it even if the arrow didn't show at alll until you shoot. Bloodarrows from spawned from your blood or some shit. I just don't use the weapon, and yes, I know I am an autist.

in DS3 you can stack dragon roar, tearstone, morion blade and do low-level millwood greatbow invasions with an obscuring ring and cat ring which is probably the funniest archer experience in series
it's hilarious to shoot someone from obscuring ring distance and melt their face off

I've done that minus dragon roar/millwood greatbow and the results were completely underwhelming. Seemed to me you needed both high stats and a fully upgraded weapon to do decent damage even with hyper mode etc.

Is the Millwood greatbow significantly stronger than the dragonslayer bow?
