Well, yeah, but isn't the point of designing a smaller head to imply diminished intelligence? I don't disagree that it looks strange, but I feel like it's better than representing them with human proportions because theyre supposed to be walking exaggerations of STR over INT and CHR

In my opinion I think 40k orks are the best representation of an enemy designed to be so brutish and idiotic. The Tolkien orks jusy strike me as weaklings, and the Uruk-hai are something else entirely as far as I'm concerned.
