P5's UI is something you have to admit a lot of work went into and looks impressive even if you don't like the aesthetic.

I also really liked P5's menus and overall UI theme. After P4 I was wondering how they were going to top it, yet somehow they managed to surpass my expectations.

Blue Reflection has a really neat UI, but it needs to be seen in motion for best effect. Stylish like P5's with the shapes bouncing all over the place.

Star Citizen is shaping up to having one of the best UIs. You can also similarly say that Warframe has an awesome UI.
