Depends on your taste, but probably not.

Its ok. The really expensive packs aren't worth the money but the standard edition is. It does have some grinding issues though.

Yes and.. No. The gameplay is pretty fun, but the game has so many balancing issues and weird game design choices. It also feels padded out to hell and back with literally everything being locked behind skill perks.
