I played the PS1 game for like twenty minutes. The double jump makes me want to die. Sure I'll just not use it but sometimes I'll be tempted to and it feels like biking uphill in three inches of snow. Just... why?

I enjoyed the PS games, but I also enjoyed the GBA games more, though Puzzle Platforming is also my favourite genre.

That said, Klonoa always seemed to move a little too slow in the PS1 games for an exploration based platformer, and it didn't help that he paused whenever you shot the wind bullet on the ground (which was ok in the GBA games, since they're slower paced in general due to being puzzle oriented).

will the movie actually come out

The remake drop the sprites which were kinda charming.
Overall, it's the same exact game with upgraded graphics and some new bonuses, like alt costumes.
