it was really disappointing that you couldn't interact with O-Man. I was hoping to have a duet or something since you get the flute in his room
I started playing Yume 2kki toward the beginning of this week. Tonally I like YN a lot more, it's more consistent, but I'm still really enjoying it, especially how big it is.

YN > .flow > 2kki

I liked 2kki more. Nikki just has too many of those worlds where it's just a black background with objects scattered about. I liked the more fleshed out locations in 2kki.
Never played .flow, how's it hold up?

I definitely agree that the environments are laid out in a more engaging way.
I remember a video I saw of a bunch of the game's tracks strung together into one long one. The video was an image of a foggy river and trees, I think, or at least part of it was. Does anyone know of that video? I'd love to have it handy but never saved it to a playlist.

They used to post it on /f/ a lot, I'll see if i have it.
This game is way too depressing nce you finish it.
Madotsuki is so traumatized she can only find any sense of living in her dreams.

I dunno why but photographs of real places in videogames always creeps me out
>playing YN fueled my interest in dreaming
>rarely have dreams or even remember them to begin with
Is there any way to make dreams occur more frequently? I've been trying to keep a dream journal but it's pretty sparse right now.
>>385466440
Dream journal's one of them. Keep doing reality checks...
A stable sleep schedule will help you sleep more consistently and reduce the need for an alarm clock, if that's what's causing you to forget dreams.
someone give me wallpapers

try thinking about a lot of stuff right before going to bed
>>385466440

speaking of a dream journal, I tried making one myself, but I gave up after about two days. Something about it was just really boring. How do I make my dreams really interesting?
>>385466440
There are several safe drugs like melatonin that increase the vividness of your dreams. Also herbs.
>>385466440
>>385466731
take some cool supplements like melatonin, vitamin B6, and/or B12 for some fun

>How do I make my dreams really interesting?
That's a very hard thing to answer. From my experience, people's types of dreams just vary person to person. I've always had strange and absurd dreams my entire life. Writing those down has been interesting.
Who knows, though? Maybe if you keep up your journal, you might start having interesting dreams. I kept mine going for 3 years before giving up though.
excuse me

My sleep schedule is pretty erratic so I figured it must be a big part of the problem.
>>385466680
Thinking before bed just keeps me up and never really contributes to my dreams.

>My sleep schedule is pretty erratic so I figured it must be a big part of the problem.
Very likely. Fix it. That helped a lot for me, anyway.
So, what do you think Kikiyama is doing now?
