With the Crash remaster, I'm really liking N.Gin.
He's like a silly, more unstable Eggman. Bonus points for the Igor voice they usually give him too.
I can also personally empathize with a character everyone hates.

The darkspawn are just a plot macguffin to get the characters moving and provide exposition. The actual villains of DA:O are Loghain, the demon in Connor, the tower/templar conflict, the desire demons in the tower, etc. All of which are great villains and conflicts. They have relatable motivations and internal conflicts. Seeing the darkspawn as the villains of DA:O misses a lot of good stuff.

Really depends on what you personally consider a good villain.
I like most Nintendo villains, but that's because I grew up on Saturday morning cartoons and I have a special place in my heart for mustache-twirlers.

The Elder God Tier doesn't really make sense. A villain should be someone you dislike otherwise he fails to meet the purpose. You can of course admire a villain or find him interesting.

That's misleading then. That's DA:O's box art. The villains of DA:O aren't bad. If you only meant the darkspawn, I would have put a darkspawn picture, like you did with every other character.
