Should I really play Peace Walker? I've been playing through the whole series in release order and recently got to this one, but I don't really like the comic style cutscenes. I already know it has important information, but should I just read a synopsis or try to get through it?

If you're gonna play GZ (which you should) you should really play it through and get the true end, since GZ picks up directly after that. The comic book style cutscenes aren't bad, stop being a faggot, the game is also easy as fuck and controls pretty well, and has a lot of info on The Boss in the form of casette recordings.

I did the same thing, but just watched the "movie" on youtube. I liked the story but the PSP graphics blown up on a monitor meant for PS3 games looked pretty bad, and I'd rather spent time doing base management in V, a main installment.
