My version is actually modded to include Fallout 3 entirety, I can even choose to start a new game in vault 101 if I please. I can travel between the wastelands at will through the use of train stations, it's really pretty good. For those who are wondering how, google "Tale of Two Wastelands" and you should find it. I've had literally zero problems while playing and the install was super simple, I'm surprised I only just found out about it recently.

This is intrinsic to (presumably all) Bethesda games because they can't use more than 3.2 gigs of RAM and are limited to one core of your CPU. I believe there MAY be a fan patch to increase the RAM to closer to 4 GB but the CPU thing is unfuckable. At least you know where to aim when considering PC upgrades. There are some other things you can do to counteract this but you're sorta screwed.

Assuming you don't fuck your mod load order or install incompatible mods, TTW makes F3 more stable than vanilla. However the New Vegas portion tends to be less reliable. That is because TTW is based on NV so most of your mods will primarily affect and fuck up that area of the experience.

It's more just that I wish they added more sex into the quests and world. There are a few mods out there that does it but most of the stuff it ads are related to female characters. The TTW version was better though, but for NV it's like 95% female oriented.

The "hey gurl, wanna sex?" mods are kinda boring since it doesn't add any context.
