everyone's always like "the point and click adventure genre is dead!" meanwhile nancy drew's been releasing high quality adventure games every year

my mom bought me one game once, I didn't like the patronizing voice acting in the game. I went into the mansions foyer and examined the chandelier rope, and touched it. Nancy undid it and the chandelier crashed, her friend said "Nancy! What are you doing?? You have to leave!" And then it was game over.

I laughed and never played it again.

I used to buy these for my sister. They were the only vidya she enjoyed
Only thing I remember about them was that the hardy boys were in some of them

You know, I actually like the Sherlock Holmes games, they have a nice world and environment that you don't see in other genres. Read some of these as a kid. Going to try some Nancy Drew games, thanks OP.
