Dishonored 2 had a few; Aramis Stilton, Breanna, Delilah and Meagan Foster. The first three also had their sexuality be quite important to the story. It's implied that Stilton got where he was (at least partially) due to his relationship with the previous Duke, whilst Breanna is absolutely loyal to Delilah partially due to a sexual attachment (and probably manipulation on Delilah's part).

In my opinion, Dorian Pavus was also a well-written homosexual, although I know that's divisive. The idea that a father would try and use forbidden magics to change his son's unfavourable sexuality is a pretty cool fantasy trope and it was well executed (again, imo).
