Anyway, this was way before the grave protection thingy BULLSHIT, so I would stand around for HOURS at a time on the most populated servers, waiting for some idiot to come to the place, aggro everyone, and then AFK in a corner to farm XP, since the mobs always respawned in time for the remaining ones to basically tell them to attack this dude.
Eventually, the AFK would either come back and leave, OR he would succumb to his wounds, and I would jack his shit usually worth a good mil or 2

Every moment I got to play as dodo123987 before I lost the account and could never find it again. That was back in 2009. Sigh.

my friend downloaded flash on my super old family computer and then went home and guided me to the goblins. he always had to guide me to the goblins, since I couldn't ever find them alone. I only leveled attack, as I thought strength only affected if you fought with your fists. I think I leveled to 30 attack on goblins and banked all the loot.

Another good one was when we first started playing.
A "friend" at school said that he'd level up the characters strength to 60 if we paid him like 5 bucks and we totally agreed.
Of course the character was completely stripped, the next day the guy said that he didn't know anything about that, but that he wouldn't be able to do the leveling after all, we believed him like the naive pre-teens that we were.

Probably what drove us down the scamming path at first, it seemed so easy to do.

The final F2P quest of slaying the Dragon, the prep work getting to that point really made me feel heroic.

Favorite Memory - The first time opening up the members only gate west of Falador. Also the first time getting a Dragon Long Sword. (This is the first decent members weapon people usually get)

Worst Memory - Being scammed by my friend's old brother for 1 mil. Also being scammed out of my first rune weapon.

Funniest Memory - Went PKing with some friend at school. While deep in the wild, I had a bit of a disconnection problem and my character was afk. When I finally resolved it I noticed half my health was missing. The only person nearby was my friend's character, so I asked him why my health is half way down. I can't remember his exact excuse but the gist of it was Idk.
