Just set the FOV to about 120 and turn Vsync off with everything else at max. That'll make things pretty interesting.

Nah i visted there a year ago and everyone there is friendly and i remember one guy at the bar asking me and my gf if we were traveling the area and to watch out for the geckos or some shit then winked at us
