Probably. I prefer to keep all my toys on a single shelf instead of spread them all around the room, though. I like toys, but not enough to let them infest my entire living space.

If you'd rather have a posable figure that's fine, just remember that said figure is $40 and twice as large along with usually needing a stand and having to manage accessories compared to something that is $4-13 and is around as big as a quarter of a Pringles can.

They're entry level collectables. Very cheap with acceptable quality for their price. It makes them very easy for impulse buy and collection building unlike quality figurines which cane go 5 times their price. Basically something kids and casuals can collect.

I purchased all of the Splatoon amiibos because I really like the visuals. I love it when chinks go for a cartoony Western style and I found that game in particular appealing.

Well, I also got most of them pretty cheap and since their facial features are pretty big and simple they don't get that terrible stoned potato face most of the more humane figures do. Inklings look nice in-game and out. Most amiibos look terrible though.

I would also buy Lucina if I could compare the faces in person, and if the statue wasn't fucking awful. It's a nice design, I don't want her covering her flat personality with both arms.

I'm a Nintenbro and I have like 5 amiibos, but I hate them, most of them were bought early on. I'd much rather pay $100 for a really high quality statue than pay a fraction of that price for tiny figures with ugly faces. The only ones that look nice are the ones for cartoony characters like Mario. When their head is too small it looks like shit.
