What are some games that let's me join a faction and actually

The Legion is honestly the worst part of NV, if only Bethesda gave Obsidian more time, they could've been fleshed out a lot more.

I agree. The legion didn't feel like much of a threat at all and the quests siding with them are shit.


Also actually being able to join the NCR, Fiends, Great Khans, etc. You could at least lie and say you're with the NCR sometimes if you were wearing their uniform.
I can't remember if you could actually join the GKs though or if they just let you fuck around their territory.

I'm replaying and at the point where everyone likes me or is neutral but got bored. I tried restarting F4 to give The Pack a chance but it's just as boring as the rest of the game.

Geneforge. The series is all about faction affiliation and the system works great.

The first Two Worlds had a good faction system that locked you out of opposing factions once you'd chosen a side and had real consequences for the gameworld. There were several (around six) different A vs B, Cvs D etc. faction subplots. Underrated game.

Wrong. Only flaw was not implement horse riding properly (despite is being on the cover) and having the ending be a bit underwhelming. Otherwise one the great RPG gems of its era.

Look at this top-tier quest line, Two Worlds did a lot right and was a fun game:

The problem was that it was framed as an Oblivion killer (it wasn't,) and it promised features that it didn't deliver: good horse riding and combat against other horse riders. But reframe your expectations not to include those and it's a great fun game in it's own right.
