This song is in 29/16, which is definitely unusual, but if you think about how a 7/8 is basically a 4/8(effectively a standard 4/4 beat) plus a 3/8(effectively a waltz beat) and how a 15/16 is two 7/8 bars with one added beat in the second bar, then you can think of a 29/16 as two 15/16 bars with one less beat on the second one.
That said, the rhythm makes it really hard to follow.
