try and stay close to him otherwise he starts throwing his bombs, you can also parry all his melee attacks except maybe the knockup, especially the charge in phase 2

When he does that jump forward attack stay put, lock on to him and charge R2 for backstab. Boom instant phase 1. Phase 2 is a crapshoot so good luck.
