Why hasn't Capcom announced any Switch games?

Switch basically has no third party games because Nintendo has burned them badly in the past.

Why waste the time and money developing for a new platform when said platform has been dead for years? There's no point because Nintendo's consoles haven't done well for 15 years and no one wants to make gimmick controls to fit their new bullshit console. Especially when the switch is going to have a shelf life of 2 years tops while Sony and Microsoft are still selling their current consoles with expanding library's. There's just no long term profit working with Nintendo anymore.

We'll see Ace Attorney on the system eventually unless Capcom does something drastic. Those games are smaller budgeted affairs, which fits with the Switch ecosystem, and have exclusively been on Nintendo systems. Hopefully Capcom isn't retarded and dumb down the games/reboot the series when the bring it over.
MonHun XX is coming out in Japan, stupid they're not localizing it. After that it's up in the air for future games. I don't see MHW getting ported but at the same time can't see Capcom abandoning portables with local play and the MonHun audience they built up on Nintendo systems so easily. I'd incline to agree with the MH5 Portable rumor for Switch because of this, but we'll see.
Fighting game wise Capcom has never supported Nintendo systems that well, the SF2 support is part for the course.

Really the only major support missing are ports of smaller RE games (e.g. 3DS and Wii U getting Revelations) and the collections like the 2nd Mega Man Legacy Collection and the Disney Collection. The latter is particularly stupid since ports of those would fucking sell to Nintendo's audience, I have no idea why they aren't being ported.

Are you geniunely stupid or do you simply don't understand graphical advancements and technology? Specs wise the Switch is undisputably more powerful than the PS3 if you compare the both. First of all in terms of sheer pixel count the Switch is clearly better than that PS3 screenshot by far. Looking at the foliage as well, you can see how BOTW's looks much better rendered than that screenshot. Just comparing sheer number of polygons it's evident that BOTW runs at a much higher resolution than that PS3 game. Oh, and in terms of that reveal shot you posted? Yeah it's a reveal trailer. Not a gameplay trailer you idiot. What, you think tech demoes are representavie of actual graphics or something? That's a laugh
