The real frustration comes from the new mobos for the am4 socket as they usually only have usb3.0 slots available during installation. Win7 doesnt support usb 3.0 drivers during installation. Intel has better single core performance, so they have better performance with emulators as far as pc games go though I'm getting good framrates on everything i have been running and i have a shitty gpu. Most AIOs are not much better than high-end air cooling. If you want actual improvements, build a custom loop.
