The new 3ds is a piece of shit, it's unacceptable to pay a 3-digit sum for something so cheaply built. The plastic feels like a mcdonalds cup and im pretty sure its made this bad just so in 3 months it starts getting yellow and scratchy so you have to invest in plates.

I still actually think the Gameboy Advanced/Gameboy Advanced SP had the best library of games as far as handhelds go. The DS came pretty close second but the 3DS hasn't come anywhere close to how good the library of games was on the GBA.

The Vita and PSP look worlds better. The GBA SP looked way better too.
Though I have to admit the New 2DSXL is a step in the right direction. Without all the speaker holes and camera on the top end it looks much sleeker.

Look I love my 3DS a lot, I've gotten like 3 of them over it's lifespan.
The screen is garbage, the camera nub is a pain in the ass, the dpad is in an uncomfortable position, the circle pad is slippery as all hell, and the sound is bad.

If you're just talking hardware it's the Vita. The buttons are amazing, the sticks are way nicer, the screen is really nice, and everything button and stick wise is at the proper diagonal angle of a normal controller, and of course Vita has the better dpad

It's a chore to play on a 3DS and its a pleasure to play on a Vita
