Choosing Cerys is the only way to get the place of power in the mountain. I've played the game twice so I chose each of the siblings in one play through. If I play again someday I'll go the other route, though my OCD would make it hard to ignore the quest.

While Option C is what anons say, a surprisingly viable result because he's as good as both siblings at once, Cerys being the brains while Hjalmar plays the brawn of the operation is perfectly fine too. They even say it works out great for both of them since they're both in their element.

I wish the games or books actually gave a bit of insight in what life is like in Nilfgaard. They seem to be rather advanced and organised, so it might be a good thing if they conquer the world, like Rome did back in the day. You meet plenty of worldly people in the game, so some of them must know what things are like in down south.

Dijkstra is supposed to be one of the smartest and most cunning men in the north, he's also a spy master who claims he knows about everything you've been up to.

So how does this strategic genius decide to kill the White Wolf, Gwynbleidd, The Butcher of Blaviken Geralt of Rivia? The most infamous Witcher alive, who has killed high vampires in single combat, bested a High Dragon, who rode with the Wild Hunt?

Poison? Explosives? A hundred men with crossbows firing from above? Magic? A knife in his back while he sleeps?
