A typical withdraw usually reinvigorates my gaming spirits, via going outside or browsing the inetrnet. It also helps to have as few options as possible so as to avoid being overwhelmed with 400+ games to choose from.

I've been working postmates so it's been having me out and about just chilling in my city, I actually went out to watch Kiki's Delivery Service at a theatre by myself and it was pretty nice, I went home and played F.E.A.R for like 20 minutes, which wasn't nice, I guess I'll need more time away from it.

I've also been having the same problem with watching tv series, I feel so overwhelmed in options that I have difficulty finishing shows, let alone binge them.

I can't play videogames anymore because now I really want to learn to draw, and everything else (including this) feels like a waste of time and is not enjoyable anymore.
But it's almost 2 AM and I practiced yesterday for several hours, so I earned it, I EARNED IT.

I finished my summer classes already, I go back to campus in a month, so this whole month I should be taking advantage of the time to finish up some games, But I can't, I guess it's not so much about being an adult, But I suddenly have free time and can't enjoy it

I really doubt you have actually gotten officially diagnosed, and even doubt you understand how dumb people can still be in their early 20's.
