Im currently playing again as warrior but its kind of awful and i might just restart as ranger or strider instead I know you can change vocations Ive just been doing a series of playthrus where i play through with each vocation pure+solo with some other restrictions to make it harder

Does warrior have any good skills besides savage lash, arc, and exodus slash? Ive tried the rest but unless im missing something they seem really underwhelming, the way the basic attacks hit multiple times is obnoxious too

For me its less about the strength of the class and more about the interest
you just wind up big swings and 1 shot stuff, theres no real variety and it lacks a lot of utility moves like a way to chase things running away or an anti air attack

Jumping Light is really good to make up for it some but it turns into a weird game of just hopping around with it and charging lash

It's a great game but yes, the faults and the general design of the game leave it as one playthru being enough.

A properly done sequel has the potential to be one of the greatest games ever though.

I've played it over nine times and I'm going to buy it for the third time when it comes out for PS4

I wanna play through nier automata again but even on hard the game feels so easy once you already got the right chips in, and I expect the fact that most of the enemies are half my level except the ones in the flying sections which I don't really care for is another reason.

I've played it twice already and still feel like starting a new playthrough. It's a gameplay-focused game and it's just too fun to fuck around in DDDA.

I got maybe three or four hours out of it.

Played through it three times on PC, got a whole team of my own pawns.
