I would argue that this is the best platformer on the GCN. The only real criticism I can make is the overall length, but the gameplay is good enough and there are enough secrets/collectibles to find that I don't see this as an issue. As a whole, the game is fucking solid and has great art direction, controls, music, etc. Very underrated.

The game would've been better if it was just 250 of those challenge rooms. Prove me wrong.
