Does anyone know the name of this one game? It was a 2d shooter where you played as a dude with a mohawk shooting blue bullets out of an m16 but you could shoot rockets and shit too. There were two watch towers you could climb, I don't belive the game actually progressed, you just had to survive for as long as possible. Enemies would come in the form of dudes, helicopters, planes, parachuting snipers. I also believe there was a sequel where you were in a city area.
