Avgn is probably one of the only OG webseries/youtubers that still make quality content. Youtube moves so fast and people burn out so quick it's actually amazing he is still going strong.
I also like his movie reviews but Mike fucking ruins them. The inarticulate fuck.

He's simply more of a movie guy than a game guy.

Mike has always been way more into videogames in general than James. Not to mention getting married and having children slowed down his output real bad, and considering he has a second one on the way I wouldn't be surprised if he announced the end of AVGN sometime soon.

I honestly liked a lot of his older content, but his recent episodes are lot more bland and MUCH less aggressive compared to his earlier content. His nerd character became a lot more diluted and episodes come out only on holidays like Halloween or Christmas, and I think he's realized that for his age and for what little content he has left, the Nerd is slowly being phased out. I think the movie he made was the biggest blow out though RIP
