I tick off like 6 because I'm a massive poorfag. I don't own that many non-gifted games. I don't beg, people just give them to me or steam gives them away. The only games I have ever bought off of steam was the whole serious sam collection. I also played tf2 a lot, and still sometimes boot it up. i don't know how it works technically i didn't program it. you log into the program with your steam name and password and it cycles through your games by idling them until you get cards. if you want more in depth than that idk google it. no, you don't need them installed you just need to have them in your library.
