Remember when Nintendo pushed Smash 4 as being competitive and being a return to form by having pros fly in and critique the game, and then by having a tournament at E3? Remember when Smash 4 ended up being streamlined and not anywhere close as competitive as Melee?

Don't buy into their Super Mario 64/Sunshine comparisons. Its a marketing ploy because they know what people want to hear. All gameplay points to it being definitely less linear than Galaxy but boring and basically an evolution of 3D world (They've yet to show any true platforming sections that weren't just 3D World 2.0).
