So the game order is, Shadow Hearts : Alice dies ending, Shadow Hearts II : Yuri goes back in time ending, and then Yuri is seen back at the train when he is about to meet Alice for the first time again, only now he'll manage to save Alice, which is the good ending of the first game.

After killing a crazed man who just wanted to see his children, and then killing some innocent beings which were made berserk by power, you cannot stop the fact that the current prince of a country will grow up to murder his own family, kill one of the main characters of this game, completely take over multiple continents and bring back dragons again.
