JC3 is ok if you have all the DLC and if it runs at 60+fps. Still not as good as 2 though.

I prefer 3 because it has more fluid movement and different ways to tear shit apart. Also, wingsuit.

But 2 is good for what it is and has better atmosphere overall, play it first if you intend to ever pick up number tres
